Schecter tapped single coil repair.

These collectable pickups (usually in a sss pickguard) are notorious for having a bad bridge position. Sweat wicks down through the low E pole magnet and corrodes the inner coil, requiring the entire pickup be rewound. We seal the inside areas in question to prevent further problems. New copper shielding tape is applied, the pickup is potted in wax, and in most cases the repaired pickup is quieter than the originals.
